Michelle is the founder of Bradley Consultants and presents continuing education courses nationwide, with particular expertise in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), review appraisal, and ethical competency standards. In addition to her instructional work, she performs USPAP-compliant reviews and forensic assignments and has served in leadership roles across multiple appraisal and Realtor organizations

She brings a practical perspective to UAD 3.6, focusing on how structured reporting may enhance consistency, clarity, and defensibility.

Malinda is the owner and operator of Malinda Griffin & Co. She has been appraising as a Certified Residential Appraiser in the Upstate of South Carolina since 1992 and has offered title abstracting services since 1990. Her clients include lending institutions, appraisal management companies, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals. In 2018, Malinda expanded her scope to offer South Carolina Appraiser and Realtor Continuing Education. She served as President of SCPAC in 2020 and continues to serve as Chair of the SCPAC Education Committee. Malinda currently serves on the Board of Directors for NAA (National Association of Appraisers) as President and participates on the following NAA Committees: Appraiser Trainee, Board of Governors, Communications, Conference Program, Executive, Finance, Governmental Affairs, GRH Scholarship, Membership, Appraiser Relief Selection, Nominating, and Public Relations Committees. She is also serving as the 2025 Chair of TAFAC (The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council). In February 2025, Malinda was confirmed by the South Carolina State Senate following Governor McMaster’s nomination to the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board.

Malinda’s passion for the appraisal profession is evident in her commitment to helping fellow peers stay up to date on the profession and industry through education and timely information. She also has an Appraiser Trainee working under her license. Malinda is a member of the National Association of Appraisers (MNAA), the South Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (SCPAC), and the Association of Texas Appraisers (ATA). Lisa Desmarais has over 30 years of appraisal experience and is a recognized leader in the industry. She joined The Appraisal Foundation full time in April 2020 as Vice President of Appraisal Issues. In this role, she serves as the technical expert to the Appraisal Standards Board and the Appraiser Qualifications Board. Prior to joining the Foundation in this capacity, Lisa served on both The Appraisal Foundation’s Appraisal Standards Board and the Appraisal Practices Board. Before 2020, Lisa owned her own residential appraisal firm and was deeply involved in all facets of the appraisal profession. In addition to mentoring aspiring appraisers and teaching seminars, she published several papers and served as a peer reviewer for other professionals in the field. She was also a member of multiple appraisal task forces and research groups beginning in 2011 and served as an expert witness in numerous hearings and court cases.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family.

Ms. Davids leads The Appraisal Foundation in fulfilling its mission to uphold public trust in the appraisal profession. She previously served as the Foundation’s Senior Vice President and has been with the organization for over a decade. Prior to joining the Foundation, Davids was Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing, serving as the chief regulator for Ohio’s appraisers. Her experience also includes holding senior-level positions under two Ohio Governors and serving multiple terms in elected office. Davids holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from The Ohio State University.

Jeff Bradford is the Founder and CEO of Bradford Technologies. His company has been serving appraisers for 38 years. Jeff has been recognized by CRN as a Valuation Visionary and by the MBA as a Tech All Star. Most recently, he received the President’s Award from the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and was voted Mentor of the Year in 2025 by the Appraisal Buzz community. He has earned three master’s degrees and has worked at companies such as Apple and Structural Dynamics Research Corporation. In his spare time, he enjoys adventure travel with his daughter, Whitney. Together, they have dog sledded at the North Pole, visited Antarctica, and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, among many other adventures around the world.

Jason is a Certified Residential Appraiser and owner of Titan Appraisal, LLC, doing business as Velox Valuations Nashville — a first-of-its-kind franchise model in the appraisal space. He is a boots-on-the-ground appraiser actively building his non-lender appraisal clientele while completing assignments for lenders, banks, and AMCs across the country within his Nashville, Tennessee market.

With 27 years of industry experience and 21 years of appraisal experience, Jason is a self-starter and entrepreneur with strong leadership skills. His background includes teaching, training, and mentoring, supported by exceptional interpersonal abilities such as active listening, communication, motivation, negotiation, and relationship-building. He remains committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving industry trends and issues.

Jason’s professional experience spans construction, building, and framing. He has worked as a loan officer, owned and operated an AMC, managed a large regional bank appraisal management system, and served on the Tennessee Real Estate Appraisal Commission. He has been invited to speak and present as an industry expert for appraisers, banks, lenders, mortgage companies, and real estate brokers and agents. Most notably, he presented at the 2023 NAA Appraisal Summit on “Growing Your Non-Lending Work.” Jason returned to the field as a working appraiser in 2015.

He is a designated member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and was appointed Board Member Pro Tem in 2022 by then-President Bryan Reynolds. He was re-elected in 2023 and has served on the Membership and Fundraising Committees. He currently serves as Chair of the Membership Committee.

Craig Capilla is a trial lawyer with Franklin, Greenswag, Channon & Capilla, LLC, concentrating his practice on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including professional liability and commercial claims. He has successfully defended residential and commercial appraisers, appraisal firms, and appraisal management companies accused of negligence or improper conduct related to their valuation services. Craig has also represented numerous licensed professionals in state licensing matters, including real estate brokers, real estate appraisers, appraisal management companies, mortgage loan originators, and mortgage brokers. David Ziccardi is a Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and the Owner/Operator of Valiant Appraisal Services in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Since 2017, David has provided a broad range of valuation services, including appraisals for estate and probate matters, divorce proceedings, litigation support, tax appeals, bankruptcy cases, and damages or diminution-in-value analyses. Stephanie Streep-Tuley is a Partner in a real estate appraisal firm with three residential appraisers. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser and has been appraising residential real estate in the San Antonio market area since 2010. Over the years, she has trained and mentored five appraisal trainees. She serves on both the FHA and VA panels. Stephanie has been a member of the Association of Texas Appraisers (ATA) since 2014 and earned her designation in 2021. She became a board member in 2023 and currently serves as Chair of the Program Committee.

Passionate about the appraisal community, Stephanie is also an active member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and regularly attends national conferences as a vocal advocate for appraisers. She has helped facilitate a webinar with the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB) focused on supervisor support and has presented for REALTORS®, ATA, and NAA audiences.

She volunteers on the George R. Harrison Scholarship Fund Committee and the Conference Program Committee and is currently serving as Co-Chair of the Trainee Committee.

With over seven years of experience in the appraisal industry, she proudly serves as Chief Operating Officer at Oscar Mike Appraisal Group. Growing up in a family of appraisers, she was immersed in the profession from a young age — an experience that shaped both her passion for the field and her long-term commitment to it. In her role, she focuses on driving operational efficiency and fostering a collaborative environment that benefits both the internal team and clients. She is a past Chair of the National Association of Appraisers Trainee Committee, an Associate Member of the National Association of Appraisers, and a member of the Association of Texas Appraisers.

Remington Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of Software for Real Estate Professionals, Inc. (SFREP), the makers of Appraise-It Pro. He works closely with SFREP’s founder and owner, R. Wayne Pugh, MAI, CCIM, FRICS, to ensure the company’s software consistently meets and exceeds the needs of residential appraisers nationwide.

Now in his eighteenth year with SFREP, Remington was originally hired as a Tier One Technical Support Agent, giving him a frontline perspective on the day-to-day challenges appraisers face. He later transitioned to the development team, where he managed Appraise-It’s form library and XML conversions, before moving into a Product Manager role. In that position, he guided the design and implementation of new features in collaboration with SFREP’s Director of Development.

He was subsequently appointed Director of Operations, overseeing the company’s daily operations and internal processes, before advancing to the role of CEO.

Remington graduated summa cum laude from Western Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in English and Computer Science. He lives in the mountains of North Carolina with his wife and their beloved collection of pets.
