Jason’s professional experience spans construction, building, and framing. He has worked as a loan officer, owned and operated an AMC, managed a large regional bank appraisal management system, and served on the Tennessee Real Estate Appraisal Commission. He has been invited to speak and present as an industry expert for appraisers, banks, lenders, mortgage companies, and real estate brokers and agents. Most notably, he presented at the 2023 NAA Appraisal Summit on “Growing Your Non-Lending Work.” Jason returned to the field as a working appraiser in 2015.

He is a designated member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and was appointed Board Member Pro Tem in 2022 by then-President Bryan Reynolds. He was re-elected in 2023 and has served on the Membership and Fundraising Committees. He currently serves as Chair of the Membership Committee.

His experience also includes professional work with Fannie Mae, where he operated within a highly regulated national framework, supporting valuation-related initiatives and reinforcing best practices in risk management, compliance, and defensible valuation.

Throughout his career, Patrick has served national and institutional clients across multiple industries, delivering valuation solutions for asset-based lending, financial reporting, portfolio analysis, litigation support, and strategic asset management. His work is recognized for its credibility, market accuracy, and practical application.

Patrick is the Founder of MMI – Machinery Masterclass Institute, a premier global education and training platform dedicated to advancing excellence in capital equipment valuation, appraisal, and machinery brokerage. MMI was created to address a critical gap in the industry: the need for structured, real-world, market-driven education that extends beyond theory and into practical execution.

MMI provides world-class training for professionals involved in machinery and equipment valuation, appraisal, brokering, lending, and asset management. The Institute delivers experience-based instruction rooted in real market activity and institutional standards.

Stephanie has been a member of the Association of Texas Appraisers (ATA) since 2014 and earned her designation in 2021. She became a board member in 2023 and currently serves as Chair of the Program Committee.

Passionate about the appraisal community, Stephanie is also an active member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and regularly attends national conferences as a vocal advocate for appraisers. She has helped facilitate a webinar with the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB) focused on supervisor support and has presented for REALTORS®, ATA, and NAA audiences.

She volunteers on the George R. Harrison Scholarship Fund Committee and the Conference Program Committee and is currently serving as Co-Chair of the Trainee Committee.

Remington Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of Software for Real Estate Professionals, Inc. (SFREP), the makers of Appraise-It Pro. He works closely with SFREP’s founder and owner, R. Wayne Pugh, MAI, CCIM, FRICS, to ensure the company’s software consistently meets and exceeds the needs of residential appraisers nationwide.

Now in his eighteenth year with SFREP, Remington was originally hired as a Tier One Technical Support Agent, giving him a frontline perspective on the day-to-day challenges appraisers face. He later transitioned to the development team, where he managed Appraise-It’s form library and XML conversions, before moving into a Product Manager role. In that position, he guided the design and implementation of new features in collaboration with SFREP’s Director of Development.

He was subsequently appointed Director of Operations, overseeing the company’s daily operations and internal processes, before advancing to the role of CEO.

Remington graduated summa cum laude from Western Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in English and Computer Science. He lives in the mountains of North Carolina with his wife and their beloved collection of pets.
