Gavin Curd is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and co-founder of Curd Brothers LLC, specializing in residential valuation, REO analysis, and investment consulting. He previously served as a Staff Appraiser for Rocket Close, supporting one of the nation’s largest lending platforms in Central Indiana.

With a degree in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and nearly two decades in the field, Gavin brings institutional experience, market precision, and an investor’s perspective to every assignment.
