David Massey
David Massey is President of Massey Real Estate & Appraisals in Burlington, North Carolina, a third-generation real estate appraisal and brokerage firm founded in 1962. With more than 43 years of appraisal experience, he is a Certified Residential Appraiser and Real Estate Broker serving central North Carolina.
A former Chair of the North Carolina REALTORS® Appraisal Committee and President of the Burlington-Alamance County Association of REALTORS®, David is known for mentoring appraisers and REALTORS® on valuation issues, market analysis, business development, and professional growth.
Through speaking, writing, and one-on-one mentoring, he works to strengthen communication between the appraisal and real estate professions.
