What the AMC Actually Needs: A QC Reality Check from the Other Side of the Order

Appraisers hear "the AMC just wants a number.

This session dismantles that myth. Jessie brings the AMC and lender side of the table into the room, pulling back the curtain on how orders are managed, how appraisers are evaluated, and what actually drives the decisions that affect your workload, your callbacks, and your reputation.

This is not a session about rules or compliance checklists. It's an honest, experience-based look at what the people managing your orders are actually thinking, and what you can do to make their job easier in ways that directly benefit yours.
