Jared Preisler

Jared is a Certified Residential Appraiser and owner of J. Leland & Company, serving Utah’s Wasatch Front for more than 30 years . His firm provides objective valuation and consulting services across lending, estate settlement, divorce, bankruptcy, investment, and solar/green assignments.

Jared also serves as Chief Appraiser and Director of Product Development at DataMaster, helping shape appraisal technology used nationwide to improve efficiency and accuracy.

A Certified Residential Instructor with expertise in solar valuation, data analysis, and highest and best use , he blends deep field experience with innovation, education, and leadership within the profession.
