Partner at Commonwealth Commercial Appraisal Group, where he provides commercial real estate valuation and advisory services across Pennsylvania and select Mid-Atlantic markets. A graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business, he specializes in complex valuation assignments. Brendan is active in firm leadership, business development, industry speaking, article publishing, and mentoring students and young professionals entering the commercial appraisal profession.
