Nick Conteduca brings more than 20 years of experience in the valuation industry, combining hands-on appraisal expertise with a strong business and product mindset focused on growth, operational strategy, and innovation.

Throughout his career, he has helped grow and scale multiple appraisal firms into some of the largest operations in the industry while leading initiatives centered around technology, workflow optimization, and process improvement.

A certified residential appraiser by background, Nick has helped build appraisal platforms, QC systems, inspection tools, and operational workflows designed to improve speed, consistency, and transparency across the mortgage and valuation process. His experience gives him a unique understanding of both the appraiser and client perspective, allowing him to build practical solutions that support appraisers while improving outcomes for lenders, partners, and consumers alike.
