Jeff Bradford
Jeff Bradford is the Founder and CEO of Bradford Technologies. His company has been serving appraisers for 38 years. Jeff has been recognized by CRN as a Valuation Visionary and by the MBA as a Tech All Star. Most recently, he received the President’s Award from the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and was voted Mentor of the Year in 2025 by the Appraisal Buzz community. He has earned three master’s degrees and has worked at companies such as Apple and Structural Dynamics Research Corporation. In his spare time, he enjoys adventure travel with his daughter, Whitney. Together, they have dog sledded at the North Pole, visited Antarctica, and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, among many other adventures around the world.
This demo showcases how NightHawk represents a structural shift in appraisal reporting, moving beyond traditional forms-based workflows to a modern, analysis-first approach where the appraisal report is automatically generated from the appraiser’s inputs, reasoning, and conclusions.
