With 20 years of experience across the mortgage, real estate, and appraisal industries, she brings a practical perspective on AI adoption, training, and the future of valuation technology. She is currently leading the development of ACI’s flagship software and helping guide modernization efforts that support how appraisers work, learn, and adapt to new technology. Her work brings together product, operations, and strategy, with a focus on using technology to improve real-world outcomes.
