Billy is a Licensed New York State appraiser at the forefront of the UAD 3.6 transition. As the first appraiser in New York State to complete a UAD 3.6 assignment, he has established himself as one of the earliest and most experienced in this new reporting format.
He has completed over 30 UAD 3.6 orders to date, including single-family assignments, two-unit properties, a four-unit property, and 2 completion reports. He is also recognized as the first to complete both a multifamily UAD 3.6 report and UAD 3.6 completion report, giving him rare, hands-on experience across multiple property types.
With direct field experience, practical reporting knowledge, and a proven track record under the new UAD 3.6 requirements, Billy brings a real-world perspective to lenders, appraisers, agents, and industry professionals preparing for the future of appraisal reporting
